Who do you think should feature in Folkestone’s bid? I’d welcome your thoughts via the form below:

The winning town will be awarded £3 million to deliver a six-month cultural programme in 2028 and must show “a strong, compelling local story that uses culture to bring people together, reflecting place, pride, and contribution to the national story.” It must also, “build on local strengths while addressing specific local priorities.” So our bid needs to show off Folkestone’s unique story and culture and bring together communities, grassroots artists, creatives, and local leaders.
